we did it...we have a new flat!!!
It's sooooo exciting and I am sooo happy...could jump around. I still can't believe it!
There had been 2 competitors - and we made the race, because we are a serious couple *g*
Now we signed the pre-contact to secure it for us. I am so excited!!
We were looking for just one month and now we found it!!
It's perfect!! 3 huge rooms, 1 small room and a tiny one; a generous hallway; a spacious kitchen (yes Taibu you will be aloud to smoke there OUT of the kitchen window! - you asked for to get it in written form); a bathroom with a window....that so far.
The ceiling is sooooo high that we could make a second level...sooo high! and the flat is bright and beautiful and has a nice view as well!
Not to tell about the nice area around....
it's beautiful - b-e-a-u-ti-fu-ll! A nice, big park next to us, the Augarten - 3 walking minutes from our house. To the city I guess per pedes....10-15 minutes and by tram 3 minutes!
